Nutrition and wellness are such a passion for me! I have a special love for getting the foundations of health right. We will always talk about the foundations of health during our consultation, my staples are: vegetables, water, sunshine, exercise, laughter & sleep.
Often the basics are overlooked and once we hone in on correcting these with realistic advise, massive improvements can be seen in overall health. Once we have the basics on track then we look at the other underlying issues for suboptimal health.
We always look at your health in a holistic manner. This means that rather than focusing on calories and meal diaries, we take your mental wellbeing into consideration as well as what you eat.
We can complement your appointment by including pathology testing if required, this includes the DUTCH test – this is a comprehensive test for hormonal health which I consider to be the gold standard.
Whether you would like to see me in person at my beautiful clinic in Dunsborough, or online I can accommodate you with your preference. We will assess your current health needs and work through personalised goals for you to progress with.
Clients: Women with hormonal and health conditions preventing them from living their best health, including but not limited to perimenopause and weight issues. I also love teaching children cooking and basic nutrition in a fun dynamic way.
Practitioner Collaboration: My client’s health flourish’s the most with collaboration with other practitioners when required, this includes GP’s, psychologists, physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists and more.

It starts with food. The food you eat can be the safest form of medicine, or the slowest form of poison.

Everyone has a health story and my story started with desperation, frustration & a deep love of food. After years of being unwell I decided there had to be more to life than the pills the doctors were pushing on me. So I changed my diet, my lifestyle and eventually got a autoimmune diagnosis. After nutrition changed my life I knew I wanted to use it to help support others.
My goal is to make evidence-based nutrition & lifestyle support available to as many people as possible. Barriers for people to achieving their health goals include financial reasons, lack of education or misinformation, time poor, skills poor or lack of support. I aim to remove these barriers to allow you to live your best life.
Services: In home cooking services, personal nutrition sessions (Singles, couples, family & special needs). I can support you on your journey to a great relationship with your plate and your health.
Clients: Nutritional support and in home cooking services for everyone. Specialising in food allergies, intolerances, dysphasia & texture modification, metabolic & autoimmune diseases (PCOS, Coeliac, chronic fatigue etc.)

Nutrition is such a key part of health and wellbeing, on both a physical and mental level. Optimising your nutrition can help you not just look better, but FEEL better, function your best, improve your mood and emotional wellbeing and prevent your risk of chronic disease, illness and other health problems.
I take a very holistic approach to health and nutrition, which means I take everything that makes up and affects YOU into consideration, from diet, to lifestyle and physical activity, mental and emotional health, mindset, sleep, family and personal medical history and more! With a long history of battling an eating disorder, competitive sport and being type 1 diabetic, combined with my studies and clinical experience in nutritional medicine, I am so passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their ideal health, which is so individual for every person.
I offer both in-person and online consults via Skype, including personalised treatment plans and ongoing support. I also offer individualised meal plans that are based completely on you, your needs and preferences, and your goals. I believe there is no 'one size fits all', which is why I design my plans based on your unique situation and needs in order to best support your health and wellbeing. All put into practice with a realistic, evidence-based, whole foods approach!
Clients: Adults and children of all ages. I specialise in disordered eating, sports nutrition, weight management (weight loss or gain), diabetes and special dietary requirements.
