Over the years Alex Cater has been a Professional Big Wave surfer, TV show host, top selling Sales Executive and Depression survivor.

Muriel known to many as Mumu, is a senior educator and team educator of art of motion training in movement®, a renowned training organisation for Slings Myofascial Training and Contemporary Pilates based in Switzerland and represented world-wide.

Over the last 20 years Mumu has completed several certifications in dance and movement modalities, all of which have inspired her.
